We’ve recently revitalized our website’s look and are very pleased to offer an exciting new feature as well – Online Home Search!  Using an online search engine for real estate listing isn’t a new technology, but what separates our system from nearly all others, including the largest websites dedicated to the purpose, is that it directly ties into the local Flex MLS system.  This means you have the same information available on our website that the Tucson Realtors like us have.  Among the many key benefits of this system are having the most up-to-date information that can be found online, full image galleries, and the ability to save searches.  Some of the other search engines rely on tax records and other publicly available information for listings that can be up to 30 days old.  With our integrated Flex MLS search you get nearly real time information and not only that but if you’re looking frequently you can save searches and return at your leisure without having to re-enter all the search criteria.

To utilize this exciting new tool simply click on the Search Listings tab at the top of the page or you can use one of our quick saved searches on the left sidebar to be on your way even more quickly.  Please let us know what you think of this exciting new product offering, but we firmly believe you’ll embrace it just as much as we have.  Searching online for homes prior to going out looking in person or even contacting a Realtor can save tremendous amounts of time.  Once you do find properties that you’re interested in this allows all of our efforts to be much more focused.  Have fun with your searches and let us know how we can best help you!
